Research has shown that the seeds for emotional development sown in the initial years of life <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">lay down<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> the <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">basis<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for social functioning.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is demonstrated<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> that the pandemic has caused trauma for people of all ages, including \u2014 and especially \u2014 our children.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No two children are the same <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; they all come<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> with a unique set of characteristics and <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ways <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">they display their emotions. It actually does only harm.<\/span><\/i> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It teaches young kids to<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> neglect and avoid their feelings <\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; only problem is, that just can\u2019t be done. It\u2019s not how that works, those emotions<\/span><\/i> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">will inevitably<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> come out sooner or later.
